Each time an Account ID is paired with a Latch user account it is considered to be a paired account.

You can access the information on the features and characteristics of the different Latch subscriptions on the Contract page.

Once you have decided on the one which best suits your needs, register as a Latch Developer and go to the private area on the My Subscription/Contract page to contract the license you have chosen.

You currently need to first register as a Developer and access the private area to contract PLUGIN PREMIUM Windows Enterprise - Edition.

If you are already a Latch Developer, start a session and go to the My Subscription/Contract page to request a contract.

To manage a renewal, start a session as a Latch Developer and access the private area.

Once you're there, select the My Subscription/Contract page and tap on Manage Renewal.

If you want to contract Silver, you will first need to sign up as a Latch Developer and then access the private area.

If you are already a Latch Developer, start a session.

If you are not a Developer, sign up and go to the My Subscription/Contract page and update to Silver by choosing the license with the number of accounts that best meets your needs.

On the next screen, you will be taken to the payment gateway which will show the final price and if you agree, you can proceed to make payment with the credit card you have registered.

The effective date of the new contract will take effect at the time the payment is confirmed and will be valid for one year.

To contract a Gold or Platinum subscription, choose one of the subscriptions and when you tap on Contract Gold or Contract Platinum we will process your request. We will contact you shortly at your e-mail address.

To increase or reduce the number of accounts in your subscription you need to access the Developer private area and on the My Subscription/Contract page, select to modify your current subscription.

If you wish to increase the number of accounts, tap on Contract new license.

However, if you wish to reduce the number of accounts, when you tap on Reduce number of accounts you will lose those accounts and features which you have contracted at that moment. There will be no refund for uncompleted subscription months and, by reducing the number of accounts, some of your users might be affected by the availability of the Latch service.

Renewals are automatic by default, but they can be canceled at any time from the My Subscription/Contract page in the private area.

Canceling your Community subscription is an irreversible action that involves deleting your Latch Developer account and your user account.

If you delete your account, you will lose as a Developer all the applications and operations you created as well as the paired users.

If you delete your account, you will also lose your user account, i.e. all your paired applications, data and preferences.

To cancel your subscription you should access the Developer private area, go to the My Subscription/Contract page and tap on Cancel.

Canceling your subscription is an irreversible action that involves deleting your Latch Developer account and your user account.

If you delete your account, you will lose as a Developer all the applications and operations you created as well as the paired users. If you delete your account, you will also lose your user account, i.e. all your paired applications, data and preferences.

If you have a Gold or Platinum subscription when you make the request in your private area, we will contact you to process the cancellation.

To access your invoice, start a session as a Developer and tap on Invoice information on the My Subscription/Contract page in your private area. On the next screen, you will access the payment gateway where you can select the detail of each payment and download the corresponding invoice in PDF.

If you have a Gold or Platinum subscription when you make the request in your private area, we will contact you to process your request.

To modify your invoicing data, start a session as a Developer and tap on Invoice information on the My Subscription/Contract page in your private area.

The established payment method for contracting a subscription is by credit card. By default, payments will be charged automatically to the credit card you have registered.

The charge will be made at the time you contract the subscription once you confirm it in the payment gateway.
